When updating software, it is common for the updater to uninstall any existing versions. CCleaner Cloud is monitoring your computer for these events.
Normally it will see that it is an update process, and not show the Uninstall events.
However if there is a delay in the installation process, CCleaner Cloud will see these as 2 separate events and display a "Software Uninstalled" notification.
