CCleaner Cloud features a range of Network Tools to help you diagnose connectivity issues on your endpoints. To find these tools, simply go to My Computers > (Computer Name) > Tools > Network.
Ping
You can use CCleaner Cloud's Ping tool remotely on your endpoints. Select Ping from the Tools menu, then in the box enter the IP address or host name that you wish to send a ping to. Click Proceed, then the results will shortly appear underneath.
Traceroute
Sometimes you might want to see what path is taken when sending information from an endpoint to a website or other server. You can use CCleaner Cloud's Traceroute tool to find out this information. Select Traceroute from the Tools menu, then in the box enter the IP address or host name you want to query. Click Proceed, and CCleaner Cloud will present the route to you.
