Completing a defrag is not a simple task and it takes time to complete. The time can depend on many things, such as the speed of the machine and how much free space is left. Therefore the first check is to confirm that Defraggler is working.
To do this:
Compare the Fragmented files count listed under Current State and those under Analysis Results.
If the Current State value is less that the Original Analysis, then Defraggler is working.
Another option is to reduce the logging level on the CCleaner Cloud agent. To do this:
- Right-click the CCleaner Cloud icon in the Windows Task bar
- Select Preferences
- Navigate to the Debug tab
- Use the slider to set the Logging Level to Log Information.
